Traveling across borders is now possible!

Hooray! Thanks to our (very) recent announcement from our PM, we are now able to travel across states!

Pelancongan domestik dibenarkan tetapi pintu masuk antarabangsa masih ditutup. Mulai 10 Jun 2020, perjalanan rentas negeri akan dibenarkan kecuali di kawasan yang diisytiharkan Perintah Kawalan Perferak Diperketatkan atau PKPD.

On February, our ex PM, Tun M made a couple of initiatives to stimulate the tourism sector under the Economic Stimulus Package 2020, that includes RM100 travel vouchers for Malaysian citizens, and a personal income tax relief of up to RM1,000 for domestic travel.

So, how do we do this?

How to Redeem RM100 Digital Voucher for Domestic Travel?

Each Malaysian who travels domestically in 2020 will be eligible to receive RM100 worth of digital voucher! This voucher can be used on domestic flights, rail bookings as well as hotel accommodations.

How to File for RM1,000 tax relief for Domestic Travel?

According to Tun Mahathir, Malaysians will get to enjoy a personal tax relief of up to RM1,000 for spending related to domestic tourism.
